Report a problem or suggest an idea
Email problems and ideas to hello@bitdinghy.com. A good report says:
- the BitDinghy version (shown in the window’s Settings, or
dinghy --version), - your Windows version,
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
If BitDinghy crashed, it saved a short report in the crash-reports folder inside its data
folder (the window offers to open it). It holds the version, the Windows version and where the
problem happened. Read it first; if you’re happy to share it, attach it to your report.
Security problems: please don’t post them publicly. See how to report them privately, so they can be fixed before they’re known.
